The large open plan lounge/dining area with featured marble fireplace has a modern 6 seater chesterfield and bar stools around a breakfast bar, flatscreen TV ,DVD player & satellite. The dining area seats 6 at a modern glass and wrought iron table with direct access to the balcony.
The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar is an integral part of the open plan living area. It is equipped with built-in oven and hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is also access to the balcony direct from the kitchen. Outside the kitchen balcony are drying facilities for wet swimware.. 

The Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan and bedroom 2 is adjacent and has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
While bedroom 3 is at the end of the corridor with twin beds and ceiling fan.
The main bathroom has the usual bath, overhead shower, basin and wc.
There is also a separate wc and basin just off the living room.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
