The villa itself was completed in March 2006 and is situated just outside the village of Alsancak. It is on a complex of just 6 privately owned houses.
It has a large garden with fruit trees and shrubs and is the perfect place for an 'away from it all' relaxing holiday 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Z beds under main bedroom bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, scuba diving, shopping areas.
