The villa is one of twenty properties situated a few minutes walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Karsiyaka. The area is quiet and peaceful, with the nearest restaurants on the beach. If you do not wish to drive into the town centre, there are plenty of excellent restaurants along the main drive into Kyrenia. The closest supermarkets are approximately 5-10 minutes drive. Car hire is advisable. 

The villa benefits from a large shared pool with the other properties. It is easy to dine alfresco on either of the two lower balconies or the larger upstairs balcony, beautiful views of the mountain range (two of the balconies are furnished with table and chairs and sunbeds are also provided on the upper balcony)The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
