The villa can comfortable sleep 8 to 9, is air-conditioned in every room and has a beautiful swimming pool, veranda and terrace. The terrace has wonderful views of the surrounding area which include mountains and sea and especially at dusk is quite magical.

But in spite of the price, this is not a "Bargain Basement" villa, it is a fully equipped luxury villa complete with everything you might need to make your holiday a success, in a fantastic, unspoilt part of the world that combines sea, mountains and a fantastic climate.  

 

 

There is a DVD library of films with 40 titles, including thrillers and childrens titles in.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has dvd.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

There is a downstairs room with ensuite bathroom and toilet, as well as a separate downstairs toilet. There is a weelchair. (Left by a previous renter! It appears to be in good order but if you are relying on this I will have it checked out.)

If particular things are needed such as handles for getting in and out of the bath or toilet, I would regard these things as useful accessories for the property and will have them fitted if you can be clear and explicit about what you need.

As is clear in the photographs, there are steps into the front of the villa.  

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a north facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, horse riding, scuba diving, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, flying, cycling, mountain biking, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Emma says: "We had an excellent holiday in Cyprus and the villa was great. It is located in a quiet residential area off the main road but still very handy for shops and restaurants. The villa is spacious and well equipped, with masses of storage for cloths and belongings. For the first time ever on holiday we didnt have to live out of suitcases and there were plenty of hangers in the wardrobes. We were well looked after by Jeff the local manager and his wife and they cooked an fantastic barbecue for us one night. Jeff was always happy to help and give advice about eating out or sightseeing."
