This 2 bed/2 bath bungalow (sleeps 5) is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and is fully air-conditioned. There is a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom and family bathroom. The lounge has a large corner sofa, coffee tables and satellite TV. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and gourmet kitchenware. The bungalow has both a shady terrace to the front and a private roof terrace with built-in barbeque and stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is also equipped with broadband internet connection (so bring your laptop). 

The bungalow is located in a tranquil landscaped complex with three large pools. The roof terrace with ‘Monsie’s barbecue’ allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and the sea whilst sunbathing, relaxing with a book or dining al fresco. Roof terrace includes large umbrella, loungers and dining table and chairs, roof-top built-in barbeque and sink, front terrace with dining table, chairs and umbrella.  

The airport of Ercan is 40 mins. drive and Larnaca is 80 mins away. Car hire and airport pick-up can be arranged. The local village is 5 mins. away and the ancient city of Kyrenia is a 25 minute drive from the villa. Kyrenia with its modern shops and facilities has a charming crescent shaped harbour where you can take a stroll, and at one end is the spectacular Kyrenia castle and shipwreck museum. The international standard Korineum golf course has recently opened 8 klms from the villa. The nearby resorts of Vogue and Acapulco with all their facilities, can be enjoyed for a day for an all-inclusive fee. Alagadi (Turtle beach) is ten minutes drive along the coast road. Historic attractions of Bellapais Monastery, St. Hillarion Castle and Kantara Castle are only half an hour’s drive. For those who just want to relax, a selection of books, DVDs and CDs are available in the villa.


 

With an abundance of fresh organic produce for sale on road-side stalls or in the Kyrenia Market (Wednesdays), it is easy to enjoy delicious and inexpensive meals at home, whether in the dining room, or on the front or the roof terrace. For eating out, the options range from a leisurely stroll to the local restaurants in the Esentepe area, to gourmet meals in the many restaurants along the way or at the harbour in Kyrenia.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
