This beautiful ground floor apartment is on a small complex of 17, set in a quiet location & yet is only a short walk from the busy shops, bars & restauants. There is also a kiosk & taverna opposite the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cater for a family, with many extras,including, a seperate drinking water tap.
The fully tiled bathroom has a full size bath with shower, hand wash basin and WC. There is also a mirror and cosmetic shelf.
The bedroom has twin beds, is fitted with wardrobes, there is ample cupboard storage space. It leads on to the large furnished terrace, as does the lounge where there is a settee which easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed.
The furnished terrace leads to the gardens with communal pool where there are showers for use by the pool with changing facilities and toilets.



 

Paphos is an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year,with temperatures rarely dropping below 59 degrees in winter, rising to an average of 90 degrees and in the summer, being ideal for sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts alike.

This is a charming west coast town focussed around a picturesque harbour lined with boats and pleasure craft. Trips can be arranged from here.

The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car, it is possible to ski and snowboard in the morning and go down to the beach to enjoy the many watersports in the afternoon, these include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats and paragliding. Jeep Safaris are available.

Whilst a car is not essential, it may be worth hiring one if you wish to see more of the area & island.  

The apartment is set back from the Tomb of the Kings road and the beach is a pleasant walk.
The many bars and restaurants which are plentiful cater for everyone and are within walking distance.
There is a regular bus service between Paphos and Coral Bay, the largest of the popular beaches, they will also take you to the Old Town and Market.

The history dates back to 8000 years BC and there are many places of historical and archaeological interest! This is the birth place of Aphrodite, Goddess of Beauty and Love. The Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are a short drive away. Many churches contain priceless icons and frescoes which are worth seeking out.
