The Villa is brand new and has a modern feel and comfortable furniture. The lounge is large and full of light. The kitchen is very modern, fully fitted with all appliances such as microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you may need for your stay.
The beds are new and very comfortable. The villa is light and airy and has airconditioning in each room. There is a patio door leading out onto an enclosed terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a television and DVD and a number of books and games for your enjoyment.

Check in can be arranged at any time and booking sare not resticted to specific days or even durations. For example if flights are cheaper a booking can be arranged from a wed to sat over an 11 day stay. 

There is a patio at the front of the house which has a table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol. These is also an enclosed terrace leadinf onto the pool area which has a table chairs and sunbeds. This terrace patio is ideal for family or romantic meals as it is private and gets the full sun all day and the front patio gets wonderful sunsets in the evening and full sun all day. There is also a large balcony leading out from the main front bedroom. 

Universal Gardens is a quiet area of Kato Paphos within walking distance of the seafront and Harbour. Here you will find lots of different bars and restaurants offering a wide range of food from a number of countries and to suit different pockets and tastes.

There are a number of interesting historic sites in and around Paphos such as the famous underground Tomb of the Kings and the ancient mosaics.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Alan says: "Lovely villa right next to the swimming pool on a small complex just outside of main tourist area of paphos which meant it was lovely and peaceful but close enough to get to everything we needed. The owners had provided all the extras you normally take with you on holiday so that was great and the kitchen was full size and also had everything. We really enjoyed sitting out for breakfast and early evening drinks it was so relaxing"
