Aphrodite Hills is generally regarded as the most exclusive and luxurious golf, tennis and leisure resort in Cyprus. Built around the 18-hole championship grade course, the complex is fully equipped with health spa, tennis academy, driving range, shops and restaurants and is 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby are also the luxurious Zias Beach Club and Aphrodite's Riding Club with excellent horse riding facilities.

The 234-hectare site is located on a beautiful plateau overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The resort extends over two olive tree covered slopes on either side of a rugged ravine. The architecture is designed to compliment the natural surroundings and creates a unique setting for a unique resort.

The Village Square forms the heart of the complex and provides shopping and entertainment. Restaurants include a Cypriot taverna, Italian Pasta and pizzeria and a traditional coffee shop. Anoi’s pub offers alfresco and indoor eating and drinking. In addition, there are several restaurants at the 5-star Aphrodite Hills Intercontinental Hotel and the luxurious Aphrodite Hills Golf Club House offers good quality meals throughout the day, both inside and outside on the large terrace overlooking the 18th hole.

There are nature walks across the nature reserve areas of the site. There is a well equipped children’s play area also.

Within 20 minutes’ drive is the historic town of Paphos. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Paphos preserves some of the great archaeological sites of the Mediterranean, including world-class ancient mosaics, the Tombs of the Kings and other monuments.

 

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, this newly-built and superbly appointed luxury villa offers the ultimate escape, while providing all you require to enjoy your stay. With four bedrooms, it is designed to a high specification and incorporates 250 square metres of living area, featuring rooms on three levels with timber-vaulted ceilings. Two of the upstairs bedrooms look out to sea, beyond the coastline of Paphos and the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. It is fully air-conditioned, which also provides heating during the winter months. This is a non-smoking villa, although smoking is permitted outside. Well-behaved children are very welcome and we have provided a number of toys and baby equipment to ensure that their (and their parents’) stay in our villa is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
 

Lounge/dining room

On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living room/dining room overlooking the patio, pool, and extensive gardens. The lounge area incorporates a beautiful leather/chenille suite and has been equipped to make your stay at the villa as enjoyable as possible. We have installed a 32in Sony Bravia LCD TV, SKY Satellite TV system with full sky package, including sports and movies, a Nintendo Game Cube with a selection of games and there is a DVD player with a selection of DVD films for all ages.

The dining room area has a beautiful table which accommodates eight people.

There is a guest toilet off of the lounge area.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with John Lewis and Marks and Spencer utensils and crockery. Facilities include a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and a microwave. In the basement, a washer/dryer is provided. From the kitchen, a door leads out to a separate garden area, which features a stunning teak outdoor dining table, which can accommodate up to 12 people.

Terrace and pool area

From the dining room/lounge, double doors open on to a large terrace which provides a fantastic view over the golf course. There is a large comfortable rattan sofa here, which is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine when the sun goes down.

The pool is a generous 10m x 5m and there are eight wooden sun loungers to relax on (pool towels provided).

There is a superb barbeque area across the garden next to the pool for those wonderful al fresco Cypriot evenings.

Bedrooms

The villa has four spacious bedrooms. All beds are of the highest quality with luxury mattresses and beautiful bed linen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All bedrooms have integrated natural wood wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables and a mirror.

On the first floor, the Master Suite is an extremely spacious room and fitted with a Italian-designed king-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and twin basins. Double doors lead out onto a large balcony area overlooking the sea. A table and chairs is provided for your early morning cup of tea/coffee as you watch the sun rise.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds in each and are serviced by a family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower and twin basins.

Bedroom 4 is located on the lower floor and has a double bed. A shower and separate WC is located across the hallway.

An additional two z-beds are available to acommodate an extra 9th/10th person, if required.

Pool towels are provided for your use during your stay.

Changeover days are flexible and arrival and departure times can be arranged to suit your flight schedules if bookings allow. However, unless previously agreed with the owner, check-in time is from 3.00pm and vacation of the property is required by 10.00am on day of departure.
 

Additional two z-beds are available for use, which can be placed in the master bedroom.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
