Close enough to the cosmopolitan centre of Ayia Napa, but seemingly far enough away this is an ideal location for all types of holidaymaker. Remember, we are in Ayia Napa and not Ayia Thelka (do not be fooled by other villas)

Those with partying on their mind can walk (25mins) or get a taxi (5 mns) to the main ‘square’, home to some of Europe’s finest bars and nightclubs.

For the more relaxed, you can experience a range of pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the local McDonalds on the nearby Nissi Beach Avenue

Sun worshippers should note that if the private pool is not enough, The famous Golden Sands of Nissi Beach is only a few meters away (the villa is also right by the Aeneas & Adams Beach 5 Star hotel's)  

 

The villa is located on an exclusive development of just 32 villas & 42 Luxury Apartments. It is ideally situated if you are going to a Wedding at the 5 Star Adams Beach Hotel and is also next door to the Aeneas Hotel which has the largest lagoon-style swimming pool in Europe.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living Room, 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

A 5 minute walk will take you the local mini markets and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi (5 CYP) journey will take you to Ayia Napas pubs and clubs. The villa was modern, spacious and decor was fresh. Excellent value for money; great chose for groups of girls/boys and familes. "
