The property boasts four double bedrooms, a games room with pool table and dart board, a stunning fully fitted kitchen with Stainless steel appliances including two ovens, an island with granite worktop, large eating area with patio doors leading onto the large covered veranda with views over the pool, ideal for large families. A separate lounge with dining table, one bathroom upstairs with seperate shower and shower room downstairs. The property also benefits from full air conditioning, gas central heating, second lounge, Sky satellite, wide screen TV, surround sound, DVD, Hi-Fi, off road parking and second covered veranda.
Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of Larnaca and is excellently located just of the main highway linking Larnaca with Limassol, allowing easy access to all parts of the island. Nicosia the capital is just a 40min drive away, Ayia Napa and Paralimni with their stunning beaches and Waterpark is just a 30min drive. For skiing in the winter months Tersefanou is approximately a 1h 15 minute drive away from Mount Olympus, skiing on the mountain usually starts in January through until the end of March. A car is essential for this property. 

The beaches of Larnaca, Mackenzie are just a 15 minute drive from the property, where you will find miles of sand, water sports including paragliding, wind surfing, and banana boats and diving courses to full PADI level are also available. Larnaca town center has a wide variety of shops including many high street names such as Marks & Spencer, Next, Top Shop as well as beautiful local stores.
There are two shops in the village supplying a good variety of food and basic sundries, and for all general amenities including banks, bakeries etc Kiti is just a 5 minute drive away. Larger supermakets are just a 10 minute drive from the house. 

The nearest bar is located 2 kilometers from the property, and for evening entertainment the delightful village of Pervolia offers a selection of restaurants offering typical Cypriot cuisine, and European dishes. There is also a number of bars and taverns, an excellent Chinese restaurant and for those wanting a traditional English breakfast or Sunday roast try Tony’s bar and grill.
For those enjoying a livelier night out Larnaca Marina with its bars, restaurants and night clubs is the place to go. 

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the house include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jack says: "Hi, really impressed with the Villa. I stayed there with 8 family members who I asked for reviews. The best came from one of my sisters in two parts - choose which one you want to use! Comments: The photographs on the website don't do the house justice when you arrive. The living areas are spacious and tremendously well-equipped. There are eating areas at the front of the house, back of the house, dining room and kitchen so lots of areas to join (or escape!) other members of your group. The entire house is extremely clean and well maintained, with extra touches such as board games and some essential food and drink which represent the fantastic level of service provided. As the weather heated up and we requested air conditioning, the service company obliged within an hour! The only downside is the isolation. The literature states that a car is essential for this accommodation and this is entirely true. The villa is a leisurely stroll from a supermarket and a superb little restaurant down the hill (ask Andreas to cook you Meze), but anything other than this will definitely require a vehicle - and even then we couldn't find a decent beach. On the flip side, this gave us a quiet location with some beautiful views. Overall the villa and service could not be faulted. The location would not suit every requirement. I would recommend this to others. Or alternatively: Comments: The photographs on the website don't do the house justice when you arrive. The living areas are spacious and tremendously well-equipped. The same could be said for the naked pool wrestlers who frequented the premises but their appearance was irregular and could not be relied upon. There are eating areas at the front of the house, back of the house, dining room and kitchen so lots of areas to eat eggs. We would recommend a healthy diet of around 6 to 8 eggs per person per day, best followed by lentils and vodka melon, washed down with straight vodka, gin, ouzo and red wine. The entire house is extremely clean and well maintained - especially the pool which is cleaned regularly by a team of Swallows. The pool itself has a hidden whirlpool feature which, when discovered, creates a great deal more enjoyment to any swimming occasion - it has even been known to sweep bathing garments from your body and deposit in the pool filter. The level of service provided by management included extra touches such as board games and some essential food and drink, which is best consumed standing in the pool with your mouth open, while an athletic waiter throws the cold beverage down your throat. As the weather heated up and we requested air conditioning, we realised that this would be the end of social interaction as those of us that were no longer able to roll from the sun lounger into the pool, instead retreated under a cooling unit. The only downside is the hazard encountered when coming downstairs for a glass of water in the night. Physical injuries have been known from tripping over comatose bodies, who could not only make it up the stairs to bed, but didn't even make it beyond the central kitchen unit which housed the alcohol supply. The literature states that a car is essential for this accommodation and this is entirely true. The villa is a leisurely stroll from a supermarket and a superb little restaurant down the hill (ask Andreas to cook you Meze - but don't ask him which part of the animal it comes from), but anything other than this will definitely require a vehicle - and even then we couldn't find a beach which didn't have a digger moving sand from one side to the other, or wasn't providing a backdrop to the making of a porn film. On the flip side, this gave us a quiet location with some beautiful views - ideal for those leisurely 20 mile sprints in 60 degree temperatures. Overall the villa and service could not be faulted. The location and in-house entertainment would not suit every requirement."
