Our 3/4-bedroom villa is situated just 100 yards in front of the coast and approx. 30 minutes from Larnaca airport.

The villa will comfortably sleep 8 persons with 3 double bedrooms and an additional downstairs study/4th bedroom with sofa bed. The bedrooms comprise of 2 twin and 1 double bed with fully fitted wardrobes. The front bedrooms have an adjoining balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views over the sea. There is a bed guard to stop little ones falling out of bed and in addition, a brand new travel cot is available on request for a small additonal charge of £10.
 

There is a family bathroom upstairs and an additional cloakroom with shower downstairs.


Due to the wonderful sea breeze, the villa rarely requires air conditioning. However, all rooms are fitted with air condition and freestanding fans to accommodate all levels of preferable cooling and temperature control.
However, we do strongly request that doors are kept closed when air conditioners are active and they are turned off when leaving the rooms and when vacating the villa during the day as they are very costly to run and can overheat.

The open plan kitchen/ dining area with the lounge is equipped with CD and video players as well as audio system for your enjoyment with a selection of CD's, videos, books and games for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with equipment including a washing machine; cooker; microwave; fridge freezer; iron with ironing board and a 50 ltre water cooler which can easily be re-filled at any water station for 50c. Water stations can be found along the road side, particularly nearby supermarkets.

Extra linen and beach towels are also available for your use.

A pay as you go telephone is available for your use, top up tokens are just £5cyp. We have found this to be a very economical tariff.

The pool is cleaned regularly and patio furniture/loungers
are available at the back to lay or eat by the pool and chairs on the front veranda when you want to sit and enjoy watching the world go by, and the beautiful sunset. There is also ample shade to one side of the villa. A barbeque is also available.  

 

Beach/pool towels are freely available for customer use.However, guests are requested to provide personal bathroom towels.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the sitting room/spare room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, cycling, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Water World theme park is just a 20 min walk away.

There are caves, churches, ruins and the little fishing village of Liopetri within approx 10 mins

The hole family enjoyed using the villa even my 5 year old nephew, who enjoyed working his way through the videos that were available. The villa met all our expectations and more, we were very pleased and thought that it was a nice touch that there were some inflatables to use. The washing machine came in very handy particularly with a child. The description was very accurate and we have no complaints. I would definately recommend it to a friend and would love to rent the villa again myself. The neighbours and the locals were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.
