Apartment General

The apartment itself, which is positioned in a very private and quiet corner of the development, benefits from a large veranda and enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea. It has its own entrance, a garden area in front of the veranda, a private parking space and there is a large communal pool with WC and showers just 50 metres away.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated and is well equipped and designed throughout. Most rooms have Air-Conditioning units, windows fitted with curtains and nets and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation.
 
Apartment Details

The property is situated on the ground floor with the private main entrance being at the bottom of some steps that lead down from the main car parking area. The entrance door leads into a large open plan, lounge/dining/kitchen area with patio doors leading out on to the large veranda (8m x 3m) which overlooks the countryside and Sea. A table and chairs with umbrella and sun loungers are provided in this area. (The veranda is very private and no-one ever walks by it).

A separate hallway which provides some storage space and hosts an additional ‘Z-Bed’ leads to the Master Bedroom and luxurious Bathroom. The Master Bedroom also has access to the veranda through patio doors so if you want to wake up in the morning and step outside, you can come to, whilst enjoying the most wonderful scenery.
 
Location Info

The development is set high on the hillside, above the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away and even that is mostly downhill. (A taxi will be very cheap back up the hill if you have overindulged in the village and don’t fancy the walk back!)

The apartments are only ten minutes drive from Coral Bay resort with all its cafes, bars, restaurants and other entertainment as well as one of the best beaches in Cyprus. You are twenty minutes from Paphos centre and forty minutes from Paphos Airport.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (4km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, you can find the route to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the properties are and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. All properties are professionally managed and have linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays only). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and wine for your arrival.**
