3 bedroom Villa
Villa is a Private Home in a quiet residential area. The house is 20 meters from the beach. There are 8 x 4 meters pool, barbecue, garden table with 6 chairs, parasol & sun chairs & large patio area. The house is fully furnished, having 2 comfortable settees in the lounge, which easily seat 6, TV. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. The Villa has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning units. There are 2 Double bedded rooms and one twin bedded room. Bedroom 1 downstairs with twin beds has a shower room. The balcony on the first floor has great sea views, & is furnished with a table & chairs to take perhaps morning coffee or to partake of a nightcap prior to retiring. Main fully tiled bathroom is on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has en-suite shower as well. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own towels to use around the pool & on the beaches.
The villa is situated in a quiet part of the tourist area of Limassol, close to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The villa is located 20 meters from the small beach in Agia Thekla village. Main Agia Thekla beach is 5 minutes drive. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is again, only a 5 min drive. Agia Napa is 7-10 minutes drive; the magnificent cliffs of Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 15 minutes. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements. There is a supermarket in Agia Thekla village. It will take you 2 minutes drive to it from the villa.
