Well maintained and well equipped, two bedroomed, ground floor apartment with large patio to the front and a further patio to the rear. Lovely views of the sea, mountains and the sunsets from the front patio. The Village complex is beautifully maintained.

Situated in between Coral Bay and Tomb of the Kings, the bars, tavernas and restaurants are reached within a 10 minute walk and there is also a regular bus service from the end of the road (50 meters) to Pathos Harbour, Queens Bay or Coral Bay if required.

The apartment also contains a small private garden to the front and private off road car parking space. There are three swimming pools, two shallow pools for children, and one large pool for adults and supervised children. There are also showers and a toilet situated near the poolside. There are sunloungers and chairs provided near the pool for residents use and the apartment contains two additional sunloungers.

There is a private tennis court situated next to the swimming pools and both tennis and badminton racquets, tennis balls and shuttlecocks are stored in the apartment.

The rear patio is secure for young children and a child safety gate is available to secure the front patio. 

Apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen, with everything you should require for self catering accommodation. A double sofa bed is situated in the living area for additional space if required. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms, and ventilation is excellent with the four patio doors. The bedrooms are both carpeted and the remainder of the property is tiled. Both bedrooms are equipped with large built in wardrobes and dressing tables with mirrors and have ample storage. 

There are three swimming pools, two shallow pools for children, and one large pool for adults and supervised children. There are also showers and a toilet situated near the poolside. There are sunloungers and chairs provided near the pool for residents use.

There is a private tennis court situated next to the swimming pools for residents, and both tennis and badminton racquets, tennis balls and shuttlecocks are stored in the apartment. There are also communal gardens to the rear of the property, containing beautiful well maintained gardens, and a couple of swings for children.

A small selection of books, DVDs and CDs are stored in the apartment for your use and enjoyment. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are provided. Cot and high chair are available for a small additional charge, and there is a child safety gate which fits across the front patio area to secure the front for young children (rear is also secure). Linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels).

Both patios are furnished so you can catch the sun or shade, and there are two sunloungers and a barbeque for your private use. The front patio has a sea and mountain view and lovely sunsets.

There is private off road parking at the front of the property, and also under cover in the village car park. The front of the property also contains a small private garden. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find golf.

Skiing approximately one hour away towards Troodos Mountains.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: The apartment is bright and airy and was very clean on arrival. The Apartment is well equipped both inside and out. The surrounding paths were kept neat and tidy daily by gardeners. There is no air-conditioning however there are ceiling fans and three sets of patio doors to the living/dining area which proved adequate. The owner was extremely helpful and provided excellent instructions for locating the apartment. This is a lovely apartment priced at a very competitive rate. AA March 2007.

I stayed here in May 2007 and liked it so much I returned in June 2008. The apartment is well maintained, tastefully decorated and is situated in a great spot between Coral Bay and Paphos and is only 2 minutes away from many restaurants and bars on the Tombs of the Kings Road. The apartment has two patios, both get lots of sunshine all day long, great for relaxing if you just want a peaceful day. I have found the owner very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. 10/10 Would definitely go back - TR June 2008.
