VILLA Maken, is a very large villa sitting in its own grounds with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside above Paphos Town, Villa Maken is a short walk or drive to the near by village of Tsada. The 18 hole, 6,200 meter Tsada Golf Course is a short drive away and the beaches of Coral Bay are within 20-25 minutes drive.
Built to a very high standard with large verandas around the outside, all the rooms are very spacious with beautiful marble flooring throughout. The villa is fully air conditioned/centrally heated(it has split unit)making it the perfect choice whatever time of year you choose to go.
A large entrance hall leads to the spacious and generous furnished lounge/dining area. There is an open fire in the lounge.
There are sliding doors out to varanda on two sides of the room making very light and airy.
The dinning table seats eight comfortable. There is a serving hatch to a very well-equipped kitchen. A door leads out to the swimming pool and gardens the swimming pool is a good size and plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a small fully fitted downstairs shower room with toilet.
On the first floor are three large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King size bed,and en-suite bathroom,shower and toilet. Bedroom two has two double beds. Bedroom three has a double bed. There is a fully tiled family bathroom.
Sheet and towel are provided BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Peter says: "Although some way from Pathos centre, the location was pleasant and quiet with good views and lots of space inside and outside. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. The only slight minus was not having a welcome pack of milk, tea, juice, butter and bread. etc. We arrived at 8.00pm and had to go straight back out again, to hunt for a minimarket."
