Holiday Villa “Pyla” is situated in a quiet area of Pyla village near Larnaca, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. The villa has a yard and a swimming pool with sun beds. It is furnished with comfort in mind for comfortable holidays. The living room area is huge with high quality furniture. The villa has balconies and patios where you can relax, when you're not lying on a sun bed around the swimming pool. There is private parking place for 2 cars.

Both bedrooms have modern style beds, with air conditioning Hot & Cold. The double bedroom has in suite facilities. The other bedroom is twin. There are a baby cot and a high chair available free of charge. There are also iron and iron board, hair dryer, TV, and a DVD player 

Spacious open plan kitchen with sitting room and dinning table including all facilities such as granite work tops, hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave, outdoor barbeque and washing machine 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a north facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
