The harbour and seafront in Kato Pafos is a 10 minute drive and offers a wealth of waterside cafés and restaurants that invite you to stay a while and watch the world go by. A plethora of amenities such as banks and supermarkets are all within a five-minute drive, as is the sandy municipality beach.

The property benefits from a roof terrace with distant sea views. A pool view from patio/terrace and first floor balcony. Please note Platanos # 1 and # 2 are semi detached houses and can be be rented as one unit for larger family groups or weddings. Don't worry if you are arriving late we provide a welcome pack free of charge. Wine, water, bread, milk etc... Also if you have a late return flight you are welcome to stay by the pool and freshen up before you depart. Please use the main pool changing rooms and showers. NB. We do not rent to all male or all female groups. The accomodation is on a quiet complex only suitable for families and couples.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. The house is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, a food shop.
