The villa is newly built (2006) and is situated just off the main coast road approximately 6km from the resort of Ayia Napa. It is perfect for those who seek the privacy and seclusion of a residential area, but still want to be within easy reach of the major resorts, towns and villages in the area.
Although the nearest beach and shops are within walking distance, a car is recommended when staying at this property. There are a good choice of bars and restaurants 5-10 mins drive away.

This beautiful area is one of the last places on the island that has remained free of commercial development with no souvenir shops or high rise hotels
You can spend the entire day lazing on the small beach at Ayia Thekla without hearing a single footstep go by, but if you prefer something livelier, the popular beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a few minutes drive away.

The church at Ayia Thekla is one of the oldest monuments in the area dating back to the middle ages. It sits in a peaceful setting by the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by natural flora..

The area is popular with families and young people alike. In addition to having some of the best beaches on the island, the town of Ayia Napa has lots to see and do.

Visit the 16th centuary Monastery in the centre of town, or relax with a drink and enjoy one of the events or displays which are often staged on summer evenings in the town square.
Take a scenic drive along the coast past Cape Greco, an area of outstanding natural beauty and then spend some time at the resort of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, historic sites, a museum, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find shopping areas.
