Villa Chrismary is a brand new detatched and beautifully furnished villa, comfortably accommodating six people but can accommodate an additional person/child utilising a guest bed. A FREE welcome pack will greet our guests on arrival. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with twin beds on the ground floor, and two on the first floor, one with a king sized doube bed and a further twin bedded room. There is a shower room w.c. on the ground floor and a family bathroom on the first floor. The first floor veranda is accessible by both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and features a beautiful dining table and chairs. In the lounge is the sumptuous seating with TV, DVD, CD and satellite system featuring UK sports and TV channels. All furnitures and fixings are of very high quality. Air-conditioning units are provided throughout and are INCLUDED in the rental price for our guests. Cots and safety deposit boxes are available on request and are also FREE OF CHARGE. Outdoors features a dining area with table and chairs under a pergola. The patio and garden areas surround the private 8x4m swimming pool. Umbrellas and sunbeds are provided and an outdoor gas BBQ for al-fresco dining.  

The Villa is situated in Koloni, near the main Kato Paphos tourist resort. Koloni is a traditional and quiet village famous for its large Cypriot pottery. The beach is a 20 minute walk or five minute drive away from the villa and close by are stables for horse riding or the Paphos waterpark for a great fun day out. The nearby village of Yeroskipou is just a few minutes away and contains everything you need including shops, banks, supermarkets and tavernas. It is famous for its Cyprus delight sweets and you can visit the local factories to see them being made along with the many pottery workshops. Of interest is a very old Byzantine church and a museum. Although in a very quiet and peaceful setting, the villa is only a short drive from the main Paphos town and Kato Paphos tourist areas with all the amenities and facilities for a fabulous holiday. 

The resort of Paphos just a short drive away contains everything to suit all tastes. The famous harbour area with its many shops, ancient fort and boats for lazy days on the sea, also contains the Unesco World Heritage archealogic site where you can see the famous mosaics and the ancient ampitheatre. There is a municipal beach and a large stretch of coastline for good walking. You can also take a trip to the Coral Bay beach resort which is about a 20 minute drive away. Paphos has every attraction and activity including coach or jeep safari trips to visit the other areas of the island including Nicosia, Limassol, the amazing Troodos mountains and monasteries or the beautiful Akamas peninsular, a protected area of natural beauty. For the more adventurous there is hot air ballooning, watersports, scuba diving, horse riding and quad safaris. The Paphos Bird and Animal park and the Wet and Wild water park are a must for the children. For lovers of nightlife, the famous Bar Street area of Kato Paphos is the livliest area in town with its bars and clubs open into the early hours. 

Villa Chrismary is a brand new property as are all the appliances, fixutres and fittings included. The furniture and fixtures are of superior quality for a luxurious and comfortable stay. A complimentary welcome pack will be available on arrival. Cots and a safety deposit box are available by request FREE OF CHARGE. For outdoor dining a gas BBQ is provided. The villa's positioning gives beautiful views to the sea to one side and the countryside to the other. The garden, pool and patios enjoy sunshine throughout the day. Air-conditioning is provided throughout FREE OF EXTRA CHARGES.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
