This luxury 3-storey villa (150 m2) is situated on the coast. It has a private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and one attic. There is air-conditioning, heating and also a satellite television. On the ground floor there is a sitting room (seating for 10 people), dining room with beautifully built centre-piece fireplace, overlooking vanishing edge swimming pool and sea, it all faces west, fantastic sunset view. Sitting room has audio tape player, CD, DVD, radio, satellite or cable TV and video player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine.
There are two bedrooms having double bed and one with twin beds. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bedrooms have access to large veranda overlooking the sea. In the attic is a sea view study room with double sofa bed.
The terrace has teak sun-beds surrounding the swimming pool. It offers area is suitable for mobile barbecue for those evenings when you want to enjoy the best sunset in Cyprus from your villa.
 

Villa is situated in Pomos. The villa has its own beach (rocky). There is access to paradise beach (2 minute walk) which is a sand/shingle/pebble beach. Children under 9 years old should be accompanied by an adult. 

Polis is a traditional town, huddled around a square making it safe to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The seaside resort of Latchi, with its famed fish tavernas is only a few minutes away by car, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well know Baths of Aphrodite and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular. The daily market, waterpark, harbour and castle of Paphos can be reached within 40 minutes drive.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
