Dave says: "The property was very nice, spacious and well set up. Private swimming pool very good size and condition. There is a small shop close by to sell essentials, however a car/motorbike/cycle is essential as there is only 1 small supermarket in Agia Thekla which is approx 30 minute walk. There is nothing else in the town apart from villas. Agia Napa is only a 5 minute drive which has far more services."
