Demand for this apartment and rental property in this development is high due to its prime location near Nissi Beach and books up well in advance for the season (April to October) so book early to avoid missing out.

The apartment has a Queen size bed (UK King size) and a double sofabed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, all utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses and even stylish plastic ware for use on the balcony. The apartment is equipped for entertaining as the solid wood dining table extends to accommodate 8 people and serving/entertainment items are provided for your use, we've even included colourful cups, plates, bowls and cutlery for the kids.

When you're not out enjoying the sun, you can enjoy the widescreen LCD TV, huge range of satellite channells and the playstation2 for either games or music CDs.

Room and laundry service is included in the price of your apartment. You will receive this service once per week on a Wednesday or a Sunday.

Wheelchair Access: The apartment has lift access and is all on one level. However, the apartment has not been specifically adapted for the disabled or for wheelchair users. For example there are no rails in the bathroom or WC and the kitchen surfaces are at standard height.
 

A Playstation2 is also installed in the apartment. You will need to bring your own games and music CDs.

The penthouse comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Rebecca says: "We thought that this apartment was fantastic. Lovely modern decor and very well equipped. The balcony is a really good size with comfy sun loungers. It gets full sun all afternoon/evening so nice views of the sunset. The complex was very quiet when we stayed in June and we had the communal pool to ourselves most of the time. The pool area was nice and very clean. There is still some building going on on one side of the pool area, but it didnt spoil it for us. The location is very good. We walked into the centre of Ayia Napa most nights. It took us about 25 mins to walk, or a taxi was about 8 euros. There are also plenty of bars/restaurants nearby if you dont fancy going into the centre. It is only a couple of minutes walk to Nissi Beach. We had thought from the directions that the complex was actually on Nissi Ave, but it is on the road that comes off Nissi Ave, behind the Aeneas Hotel. This was our fourth time in Ayia Napa, but by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will definitely be back!"
