The apartment has a Queen size bed (UK King size) and a double sofabed in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, all utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses and even stylish plastic ware for use on the balcony. The apartment is equipped for entertaining as the solid wood dining table extends to accommodate 8 people and serving/entertainment items are provided for your use, weve even included colourful cups, plates, bowls and cutlery for the kids.

When youre not out enjoying the sun, you can enjoy the widescreen LCD TV, huge range of satellite channells and the playstation2 for either games or music CDs.

Room and laundry service is included in the price of your apartment. You will receive this service once per week on a Wednesday or a Sunday.

Wheelchair Access: The apartment has lift access and is all on one level. However, the apartment has not been specifically adapted for the disabled or for wheelchair users. For example there are no rails in the bathroom or WC and the kitchen surfaces are at standard height.
 

A Playstation2 is also installed in the apartment. You will need to bring your own games and music CDs.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

sharon says: "great location, really clean and modern. only one negative was the settee it was worn and the material sticks to your skin so was constantly covered in brown dots!!!! the balcony is HUGE and we really enjoyed sitting out on it even in december!!!!!"

Thankyou for your review, your comments taken on board. The sofabed/settee seating cushions have now been recovered. The single seater sofa cushions look like they may have the same issue so they are being recovered towards the end of the summer season. kind regards R
