Villa Salacia is a new (2006) very spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Holiday Villa situated in a private gated community opposite the quiet and beautiful Corallia beach in Coral Bay Paphos.
It has a large tropical garden with a private swimming pool which has roman end steps.
The villa is fully air conditioned and is furnshed to a very high standard.
A car is not essential as all amenities are available within short walking distance.
Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the master has an en suite bathroom.
There is seating for 8 people in the lounge area and a dining area for six.
Flat screen satellite TV receives several English channels and there is a DVD player.
There is downstairs WC.
The kitchen has luxury granite worktops and a breakfast table plus a large fridge cooker,microwave,dishwasher and washing machine.
All dishes and cutlery are provided.
The patio off the kitchen has an electric awning above for shade when dining outside.
 

The large quiet tropical landscaped garden has several subeds and a parasol.
There is a full sized gas barbeque.
The pool which is maintained twice weekly is ideal for children and has roman end steps down to the shallow end.
There is a bus stop close to villa.The regular bus service (every 20 minutes)runs through Coral Bay resort and on to Paphos Town, Harbour and tourist area.
The villa is close to all amenities and the Caoral Bay strip with its shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, nightlife, tavernas, etc.
Many activities and waters sports are available from the beach including sailing, water skiing, wind surfing ,jet skis, pedelos, banana boats, paragliding, etc.
Also close to the villa you will find horse riding, tennis ,scuba diving, historic sites, animal park, Go-Karts and much more.
Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema.
 

The villa is close to the 5 Star Coral Beach Hotel, (where the British Olympic team stayed) with all its facilities, including the Pleasure Harbour.
Non-residents are welcome to use any of the hotel's first-class facilities, including the gym, tennis court, sauna, massage, pampering, etc, etc, all for very reasonable prices. The hotel is also a great place to dine.

Paphos harbour is only a 15 minute drive away with its large selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is a World Heritage site with an abundance of ancient remains such as the Tomb of the Kings and Aphrodite's Temple at Kouklia
In addition to all there is to do in Coral Bay and Paphos you have the Akamas Peninsular, St. George, Polis and The Troodos Mountains only a short drive away.
There are also three 18 hole golf courses all within 15-30 minutes drive.
Paphos international airport is just 35 minutes away.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

michelle says: "This villa was in good location and only 5 mins from beach, Nicely furnished and pictures do not do it justice. Pool nice and and fairly private. Excellent Gas BBQ. Only a couple of negatives but not serious - Safe not working & some saucepans in poor condition, which made cooking diffficult. Even so would definitely return again."
