Overlooking a courtyard, this 2 bedroomed air conditioned apartment is located in the centre on Larnaca old town. Ideally placed for access to the shops, restaurants, bars and banks, and is situated only a 2 minute walk to the Finikoudes (Palm Tree) Promenade and Blue Flag Beach and Marina. The promenade is the hub of the evenings activities, particularly at weekends.There are views of Larnaca and the sea from the balconies. This apartment is brand new, in the spacious lounge there is a three-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a T.V. and DVD player. There is seating on the verandah outside. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, a washing machine, microwave and a table and 4 chairs. all crockery and cutlery are included. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are bright and sunny. There are original artworks throughout the apartment. Towels (not including beach towels), bed linen and electricity are included in the rental. The apartment also has its own private underground parking space nearby. The apartment is cleaned twice a week with bed linen and bath towels changed weekly.
 

Larnaca is built over the ancient city of Kition, once the centre of the copper trade and later a Phoenician stronghold. its remains can still be found in walls made of giant stone blocks and a complex of 12th century B.C. Mycenaean Greek temples. On the outskirts of town, you can visit the Angelokitsi Church in the village if Kiti, Stavrouni Monastery, one of the oldest in Cyprus or villages like Vavla and Lefkara, famous for lace and filigree silverware. for nature lovers, there is a nearby salt lake, a winter habitat for flamingos and other migratory birds. 

Second only to Nicosia, Larnaca is a good location for the keen shopper. Whether you are looking for local handicrafts, items from one of the known 'designer' labels, or anything in between, you will probably find it in Larnaca.
The Marina is a friendly community of local yacht owners and a haunt of yachtsmen from all over the world.
Beside the Marina is Finikoudes, a palm lined, sea front promenadeWhere you can indulge in a spot of people watching from one of its many restaurants or cafes.The large blue flag beach is gently shelving and ideal for all ages. watersports are available from the beach and there are kiosks along the beach that provide snacks and ices. 

There are 2 balconies, the larger off the living room is east facing, the smaller off the kitchen is south facing. The development has a courtyard with cafe. ( the courtyard has a public right of way)

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a east facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, skiing/snowboarding, a themepark.

Helen says: "Upon arrival we found the apartment spotless with every available amenity. The decor was modern and extremely tasteful. The kitchen was fully equipped and of high standard. The apartment was in the centre of Larnaca and only a three minute walk to the shopping precinct. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this superb apartment and of staying there again. However, we did find difficulty in locating our carpark as the streets were being upgraded and directions changed. Only a very small issue and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. Many thanks to Randall for his very prompt response! Hope to take advantage of his wonderful apartment next year!"
