This 3 bedroom villa with en-suite bathroom and shower can sleep up to 6 peoples (has 3 double beds) is ideal for families or for groups who want to spend their holidays near to the spacious beaches of Protaras. The villas has 3, bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 showers, and a fantastic outside front private veranda and a back big private space which consists of a brick built barbeque. The seating room contains a 3, 2 and 1 seat leather sofas and there are available two satellite dishes installed to view any channels you wish. The dinning table contains 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all facilities in order to enjoy your cooking time. The Villa is located near to the beach of Ayia Triada (2 minutes walking distance – the sea can be viewed from the Villa), therefore a swimming pool is not required. The Villa is located 3 minutes by car to the busy bars and 10 from Ayia Napa.
