Entering the holiday villa through security gates to an underground private parking, you'll find steps leading into the living area which offers an open plan spacious lounge and dining area complete with large flat screen TV, satellite system, DVD player, music system and stereo, comfy sofas and feature fireplace .


The villa has a dining table and chairs seating 6 persons with a well equipped open plan kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, toaster and kettle. The second floor of the villa has 3 bedrooms all with private en-suite facilities. The master bedroom also has the added luxury of a spa Jacuzzi bath, plasma TV and large fitted wardrobes.


The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers two single beds and en-suite shower and plasma TV. The third bedroom offers one single bed and private en-suite again with a plasma TV. Steps leading to the third floor terrace and roof garden with wicker sofas and chairs, here you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Mediterranean.


Air-conditioning or central heating is included throughout the villa and it also comes with a private 5x10 meter pool which can be heated during the winter months with extra charge on demand . Outside you'll find sun beds, umbrellas, a barbecue, large covered blue wooden pergolas , garden furniture and immaculately kept garden.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
