Welcome to Villa Paros, a private home nestled in the hills surrounding Peyia, a traditional Cypriot village only 10km from Paphos and overlooking the near-by popular village resort of Coral Bay.

Villa Paros is a newly completed detached villa offering accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising a roof terrace and private pool terrace. All four floor levels have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding countryside to the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is located in a no-through road which provides the only access to the four detached villas comprising Sunrise Dreams. The private terraces and garden of Villa Paros can only be accessed from within the villa itself. The pool is for the sole use of Villa Paros guests.
 

The main living accommodation comprises two levels with Air-Con units fitted throughout.

Ground Floor

The main access to the property is gained at this level.
A spacious and airy open-plan living area comprises a large, modern, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area. The lounge area features leather chairs and sofa, TV, DVD, and Satellite TV with subscription channels. Washroom facilities are also available at this level. French doors at the rear of the property open to a balcony providing access to the roof terrace.

Lower Ground Floor

A marble staircase leads down from the main living area to the three spacious double bedrooms and main bathroom.

The master bedroom has French doors open to a sun terrace which over looks the pool terrace. The master bedroom also benefits from a double bed and en-suite shower facilities.

The two other bedrooms, similar in size to the master bedroom are both fitted with twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also benefits from French doors opening to the sun terrace.

The main bathroom dressed in marble tiles comprises WC, washbasin and Jacuzzi bath with shower fitment.

The rear access to the property is gained at this level.

Roof Terrace

Access to the Roof Terrace is solely from the main living area balcony via an external staircase. This terrace provides the perfect opportunity to catch the last of the day’s sunshine before sunset as well as enjoy
alfresco dining and BBQs all day and evening.

Pool Terrace

Access to the pool terrace is solely from the lower ground level Sun Terrace of the villa. This terrace hosts the outdoor dining facilities comprising gas barbeque, table, chairs and sun umbrella. The pool terrace benefits from full sun through out the day and easily accommodates all
sun-loungers during this period.

Sun Terrace

The Sun Terrace which overlooks the Pool Terrace can be accessed from two of the three bedrooms and the main lower villa entrance. The Sun Terrace also offers access to the secure shed utilised for storing all the outdoor furniture cushions and pool sun loungers.

Regarding the elevated position of the villa, it is not recommended for persons who have any mobility issues and may find stairs difficult to negotiate. Young children are welcome but should be supervised at all times, with particular attention around the Pool and Roof Terraces.
 

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (1km away/15 minute walk) having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and a bank (to name but a few). Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.

Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCOs World Cultural Heritage list.

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any time of day or night. There is a keysafe which we provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and
wine for your arrival.**

Property also has Ipod Music Player - Bose Enjoy your favourite music by inserting your Ipod in this high quality sound system. The Unit will accommodate Nano up to 40Gb and 60Gb Ipods. The Satellite TV has a paid for Subscription for extra movies, sports, music, cartoons etc. The property has a jacuzzi on lower ground level next to the bedrooms. Safety Deposit Box included. A Honda CRV automatic car is included in the rental price. This car is of good quality and would normally cost between £25 and £40 per day from a hirer depending on the season. Full driving licence required.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Elizabeth says: "We all had a fantastic time. The villa was beautiful and the scenery was amazing. We couldnt fault the villa in anyway. The taxi firm that was used was very nice and friendly. Would recommend them. The only fault was with the car that was included in the price. that was a great saving but we had a tyre blow out on the second day and the spare wheel was flat, but thanks to the great staff Lisa and Andy they managed to get it fixed and put us back on the road. many thanks for that.
