Separated into 3 individually named courts, Queens Gardens is a unique and exclusive residential development in the Centre of Kato Paphos and has already been described as one of the most exciting projects ever for property in Cyprus.
It derives its architectural quality from historical references to the legacies of the rich and powerful nations that once were on the island, and more specifically this development echoes the period when Cyprus was ruled by Venetian Kings and Queens. Caterina Cornaro was the last queen of Cyprus and famed for her beauty. The location is therefore very aptly named.

Luxurious and spacious corner sited ground floor apartment of 140 sqm2 internal floor area with private garden/terrace adding to the stature of this magnificent 5 star apartment. If Queens Gardens is unique as far as
developments in Paphos goes, then this apartment is unique as far as Queens Gardens goes. The owner has upgraded almost every aspect of this apartment from its already upmarket and original specification with the 2 and a half bathrooms having received most attention in terms of all taps and showers being converted to Grohe and having Italian made sanitary ware, mirrors and accessories. Amongst some of the other upgrades are a collection of very pretty Swarovski Crystal light fittings which add to the elegance of the apartment.
A very long and open reception area allows access to the spacious interior with guest toliet/cloakroom immediately available on your left. On passing the two bedrooms on either side, one accesses the fabulous lounge area with Italian leather furniture, matching dark wood tables and units as well as Satellite TV and DVD player.
A separate and most elegant dining room leads on to a fully fitted designer kitchen with granite work surfaces, dishwasher and other high tech stainless steel appliances which includes oven, digitally controlled hob and extractor hood.
A washing machine and dryer are also available and are housed in the private driveway (which is of course invaluable in such a central location).
A magnificent and multi-functional sun terrace, which in turn opens out on to the central square completes the set up, with dining set (for alfresco lunches and candlelit evening meals), lounge furniture, remote controlled ceiling fan and 4 sun loungers to soak up the sunshine.
The master bedroom comes complete with king sized bed and luxury bedding and benefits from an en-suite with state of the art walk in shower.The twin bedroom again is well appointed and has its own en-suite facilities which this time includes a bath as well as shower. Although the property is fully air-conditioned for cooling and heat as desired, additional fans have been provided for summer as have radiators for those slightly cooler winter evenings.

A maid service is provided on a mid-week basis (for stays of 10 nightsor more) along with transfers to and from Paphos International airport. A welcome pack is also included for our enjoyment as well as a warm welcome from our property manager.
