The villa is situated on the Universal Development. This is in the heart of Kato Paphos and within an easy fifteen minute walk of the harbour, beach and main tourist areas. It also has the benefit of being only a fifteen minute drive from Paphos airport.
The villa, built only three years ago, is in a quiet residential area and yet within requiring a car you have great access to all of the major attractions in Paphos.

Excellent accommodation and pool
The villa has the benefit of it's own private pool and plenty of patio space at the front, side and rear to sit, relax and enjoy the barbeque.
Inside the villa has a spacious master double bedroom with ensuite. The room has its own balcony over looking the green area to the front.
There are two other twin bedrooms with an adjoining balcony at the rear of the property overlooking the pool.
Downstairs there is in open plan kitchen, dinining area and lounge making it a lovely environment to enjoy your holiday.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and cooker plus all of the other requirements for a successful holiday.
There is air condiitoning throughout the villa.
There is also a downstairs toilet.
The villa has been build and finished to a very high standard throughout.
