Fully furnished and airconditioned for your comfort. Any extras required to make your stay more comfortable can be arranged by prior request. 

The beach is just across the road with clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. Only two mins drive you will find Waterworld Europes largest water theme park. Ayia Napa is 10 mins by car where you will find restaurants to sample tradition Greek food and wine. Also bars,clubs and souveniour shops.  

A car is recommended for your holiday as there are no trains and no regular bus services.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
