Cyprus has sun 11 months of the year so summer and winter visitors are always welcome.

Limassol is a busy town by the sea; it has lots of visitors every year. Our apartments are just a few minutes walk from the sea and very near the main Limassol roundabout.

The beach is just a short stroll from the apartments, about 300 meters and takes not more than 4 or 5 minutes. There is a lovely promenade which goes from old Port of Limassol for miles to the end of the town by all the hotels and very popular of an evening. It’s a great place to find locals and visitors alike, summer and winter. The old port is full of very interesting little shops representative of a bygone era. 

There are many shops and cafes within walking distance, including a Debenhams department store on the sea front which has everything you are likely to need, including a lovely cafeteria overlooking the sea. Despite all this hustle and bustle the location of our apartments, in a quiet residential area are indicative of how the Cypriot passes his time, Visitors who stay there will experience how the Cypriot enjoys the town.

If its night life you are after, the town is buzzing!
 

It's the place to go to relax and enjoy the many pleasures it has to offer but it's also a great base for getting around the whole island. Paphos, The Troodos mountain range (which is great for skiing) and Nicosia all about 45 minutes drive from the town. If you want to explore some of our wonderful vineyards then this is an excellent location. Why not visit the new Wine Museum in Erimi which is just by Curium beach. We also have some excellent golf courses nearby
 

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside walking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, fishing, cycling, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, scuba diving.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: This short note is just to say 'thank you' for the welcome given to us by John at the apartment in Limassol. My son and his wife (expecting twins in April) have not been to Cyprus before and were very impressed. The fact that he could wander down to the beach for an early morning walk before anyone else in the household was up was an extra bonus.
The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or just for a couple. My wife and I, who lived nearby in Spiridonos Lamprou over 30 years ago, have many happy memories of the area. We are considering returning for a longer stay sometime when neither of us is so busy. I will certainly recommend your apartment to my fellow County Councillors.
