Privately owned two bedroom apartment (one of only 30 in friendly complex) is fully furnished with air-conditioning throughout. Situated in Universal area of Kato Paphos, within walking distance of the Harbour and the Old Town. A taverna and a supermarket are only a short stroll away and Coral Bay and the water park are approximately a 20 minute drive. Mature gardens surround three sides of the property, and off-road private parking is provided. For those occasional chilly winter evenings, halogen heaters are provided. Walking distance to public transport therefore property would suit those who might not want to hire a car. Transport to and from both Paphos and Larnaca airport can be arranged as can trips to the supermarket -- you don't have to lug heavy bags of shopping back! 

The property is child-friendly with only a small step down to the pool sun terrace and a gate enclosing the rear patio. All rooms have remote controlled air-conditioning (hot and cold).
Cot (including bedding), highchair, pushchair and car seat can be provided for a small charge, payable locally.
Babysitting (evenings only) can be arranged for a small fee, payable locally as can trips to and from the supermarket.
A Cyprus mobile phone is provided to make those phone calls home amazingly cheap. 

A barbeque is provided in the rear patio/garden, overlooking the pool, as well as a table, 4 chairs and 4 sunloungers with cushions. The front and side gardens are landscaped and planted with mature shrubs.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Second Bedroom. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, golf, tennis.

There are numerous bars within 20 minutes walk & Paphos Aquarium is less than a 15 minute drive away

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: A lovely apartment that provided everything it advertised. The apartment was very clean and very spacious, and has everything you could need for a 'home from home' getaway in the Cyprus sun. From booking to coming home, the owner's couldn't have been more friendly and helpful if they tried. We were very grateful for their personal touch. The use of an apartment mobile phone was a particular stroke of genius on their part! My mobile company wanted 40p a minute to the U.K. whilst the apartment phone only cost 6p a minute! During the holiday the permanent residents on the complex were also very friendly and helpful (which is something we've not always experienced!), and because having the chance to swim and sunbathe was not a novelty for them we often found we were the only ones using the pool area (brilliant!). We'd recommend hiring a car with air-con during the 'hot season' as the main areas in Paphos are a fair hike away but everything you need to do in Paphos is within a 5 minute car journey from the apartment.
