The light and airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The villa is well-equipped for 6 people to have a luxurious holiday.
Two sets of patio doors provide views of the pool, garden and Mediterranean beyond.
Furnishings consist of a circular glass dining table, two comfortable sofas, a leather lounger and swivel chair, and occasional tables.
For entertainment, a library of DVDs is provided to supplement UK free-to-air satellite channels on the 32" LCD tv. There is also a collection of music CDs, and your own mp3 player can be connected to the hi-fi. New for 2008: mini laptop with broadband wi-fi internet access.
A cloakroom and utility room complete the downstairs facilities. 

There are three bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have ample fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside units and lamps. The master and one twin bedroom face the sea, and the other twin has views up the valley towards the Troodos Mountains. The sea-view bedrooms have balcony furniture.
The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and the other bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath, with shower over. There is also a clock radio and 3 hairdryers. 

The main feature of the garden is the large 9m by 4m pool, with Roman steps for easy access. Surrounding this is a secluded garden offering areas of sun and shade. It is planted with a variety of colourful shrubs, hedging, scented climbers, grape vines and fruit trees.
A grassy area makes the ideal spot for family games (provided) and shady lounging. Being so close to the sea means there is often a cooling sea breeze whilst you are sunbathing. There are 6 sunloungers which can be moved around the ample terrace.
There is also a gas barbecue and an outdoor pool shower.
A pergola on the terrace provides dappled shade over the outdoor dining table. You can dine al fresco on balmy summer evenings with the garden lit by pool, terrace and garden lighting.
The drive provides ample off road parking under a vine-covered pergola, and there is a further parking space on the private road. 

The villa is only a 2-minute level walk from the resort centre and beach. There are plenty of local tavernas. You can stay for a fortnight and eat at a different one every night! The beach has a "blue flag" rating and is patrolled by lifeguards. A good range of watersports is available on the beach. A welcome pack of grocery essentials and local wine is provided. Child minding can be arranged for a local charge. The villa is not suitable for very young children, as the pool is not fenced. The resort has all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday, so if you prefer not to hire a car, this is possible - just take a taxi from the airport! Please provide your own beach/pool towels.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, mountain biking.

In resort: day spa, kite surfing, quad biking. Within 30 min drive: water parks, go karting
