Just a few kms from the towns of Polis and Latchi, it is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet relaxed holiday. Set on the unspoilt western side of the island it is within walking distance of 3 tavernas. Each bedroom has its own balcony or terrace and full air conditioning is included in the price. Just a 45 minute drive from Paphos airport. 

This spacious villa has an open plan living area with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and stereo. Dining table with seating for 6 is next to the kitchen area with appliances including full size oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Full air conditioning to all rooms included.

Patio doors lead outside where there is a covered verandah providing welcome shade and open terrace areas next to the figure of eight pool. Fully equipped built in charcoal barbeque, outside dining table and 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and umbrellas. From the lounge area, a door leads to a separate area containing a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a terrace, a separate shower room with corner shower, wc and hand basin and a laundry area with washing machine.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with full size bath, wc and hand basin. Patio doors in the bedroom lead to its own private balcony. The third bedroom is a twin, again with fitted wardrobes, full size en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to its private balcony with outside steps leading to the garden and pool.

Please note smoking is not permitted inside the villa. This villa is ideal for those families looking for a quiet location that’s close to the beach, but just a short walk from 3 good quality tavernas. The town of Polis has several good quality restaurants and tavernas and is just a short drive or taxi ride away (approx 5kms). Slightly further down the coast (approx 10-15min drive) is the picturesque fishing village of Latchi where you will find excellent seafood restaurants plus facilities such as boat trips, private boat hire and other water sports.

Argaka is approximately a 45 minute straightforward drive from Paphos airport. Car rental is recommended as there is much to explore on the island. We can arrange preferential rates if required – please enquire.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

jenny says: "This was one of the best holidays we have had! The villa is amazing, and we have stayed in a few over the years. It has absolutely everything you could ever need all provided for you from firelighters for the barbeque to a supply of books to read by the pool. The villa is clean and fresh, both inside and out. It is large and spacious with great air conditioning and great quality furniture. The pool is stunning and looks beautiful at night with the lights on. You cant beat having a swim just as the sun is going down..perfect. The beds are comfy and the showers powerful and hot. What more can i say this really is an exceptional place to stay. The location is fabulous. A minute walk to the long stretch of beach where you can sunbathe during the day or have drinks listening to the sound of the waves in the evening. There are 3 tavernas all local, all of which are great. All in all, a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Thank you. "
