The 1st floor fully equipped apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sun bed and extra tables.

The home entertainment includes TV, DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player.

The building is located in a quiet residential area, far enough from busy roads and shopping area to have a good night sleep. It has a lift and is protected with a secure entry system. At the ground level there is a covered off-road car park.

All rooms are equipped with A/C units and built-in wardrobes. The total area is 98 sq.m. Continuous hot water is supplied through a solar system and supplementary immersion heater.

We can prepare a “Welcome Pack” so that you have all the essentials ready and waiting for you when you arrive. This can be catered specifically to your requirements. Cleaning can also be arranged during your stay. Please ask for details.

It will be your responsibility to have an insurance covering for personal injuries and unforeseen holiday cancellation.

The area is a lovely mixture of various cultures, mostly populated with Cypriot and English communities.
There is a lot to do around including water activities (swimming, sun bathing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, jet water biking, fishing, boat cruising), quad-biking, go-karting, walking (there are free walking tours in Larnaca and other areas), cycling etc
High street and designer shops, the daily and especially the Saturday fruit/vegetable/meat markets, numerous cafes, bars & restaurants are highly popular and are within 5 min walk, on the way to Promenade
 

Be sure to visit the Larnaca Salt Lakes, a bustling sanctuary to the Pink flamingos that arrive during the winter months.
The main Larnaca historical and natural attractions are simply within walking distance, just a few to mention: the beautiful St Lazarus church, Larnaca Fort/Medieval Castle Museum, the colourful Foinikoudes (Palm Trees) Promenade and the Blue Flag award beach, Ancient Rock-Cut Tomb at Agia Faneromeni Church, Ecclesiastical Museum, the Pierides Museum, Archaeological Museum, Craftsmen area, Fishing Harbor, Marina etc

Dave says: "This apartment is ideal holiday accommodation. The pictures don't do this apartment justice. It's clean, spacious and everything I needed in an apartment. I would certainly book this apartment again when I return to Cyprus next. It is a little walk from the main promenade but only 10 minutes but the accommodation is so much better value for money than anything else I've seen. I had a wonderful holiday here and would recommend it without reservation."
