villa. Situated in a beautiful rural village on the outskirts of Paphos. Villa
Sofia is furnished to the highest standards with its own large private Roman
style swimming pool.
The ground floor open plan comprises of a fitted kitchen,
dining area, and lounge with patio doors opening onto the swimming pool area.
A cloakroom and WC with basin is also located on the ground floor.
A polished marble staircase leads to the first floor which
has a master bedroom with en suite and a dressing area with ample wardrobe space.
Plus patio doors which open onto a small balcony overlooking the pool. Two twin
bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first floor.
Villa Sofia is situated by the charming village of Mandria,
in a quiet rural area right beside the sea, just 5 minutes from Paphos airport.
Two delightful, busy tavernas nearby provide a great atmosphere in which you
can enjoy the delicious Cypriot cuisine.
As a car is essential for those who want to get out and about, we have negotiated
special rates with a very reliable rental dealer who has agreed to give the
cheapest rates on the island to our guests. We will handle all the arrangements
for you and meet you at the airport with your rental car.

GUIDED TOUR:
VILLA SOFIA - Ground Floor
ENTRANCE
The porch opens into the entrance hall which leads into the open living area.
The cloakrooom on the left with WC, washbasin and mirror, is tastefully decorated
in Mediterrean blue tiles.
OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA
The open plan ground floor contains a kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The whole ground floor has a Mediterrean feel with a aqua marine drapes framing
off-white roller blinds on each window. The pictures on the walls at to the
Mediterranean restful, and soothing atmosphere.
KITCHEN
The Gruppo Del Tongo Italian kitchen fittings contrast nicely with the dark,
high polish granite work surfaces.
The kitchen is equiped with:

- Electric Cooker Hob & Grill
- Electric Kettle
- Toaster
- Fridge/Freezer
There is an ample supply of crockery with cutlery for 6 persons plus a full
variety of utensils, saucepans and dishes.
A door provides access to the off-road parking area beside the house.
DINING ROOM & LOUNGE
The solid wood, glass top, dining table seats 8 persons
comfortably.
A dark brown coloured, soft-leather suite comprising a three seater, two seater
and armchair clustered round the Mediterranean blue rug makes it easy
to relax in front of the TV with DVD player. A selection of favourite
movies is available.
The Grecian cream marble fireplace is an ideal spot for relaxing at
any time especially during the cooler evenings during the winter months.
The glass brick feature in the stairwell provides a light, airy feel
to the marble stairway which leads the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Each bedroom is fitted with an air-conditioner which can be switched
on to heating in the cooler months.
MASTER BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE
The master bedroom has an ensuite attractive titled bathroom equipped with
shower room, WC and pedestal washbasin.
The master bedroom
is equipped with:

- dressing table with chair
- dressing area
- fitted wardrobes
Patio doors lead onto the balcony which overlooks
the swimming pool and garden area. The balcony is furnished with a small
table and two chairs allowing guests to relax and enjoy a drink in the

Each twin-bed bedroom is equipped with:

BATHROOM
A large bathroom with a Grecian white marble vanity unit,
WC, and full size bath with shower facility is located right next to these
3 bedrooms.
An immersion
heater ensures there is plenty of hot water throughout your stay.
Note: Towels are provided. A mid-week towel change and house cleaning service
is included.
POOL & GARDEN
Double patio doors open onto the large paved poolside area with 6 sun loungers,
a large table with parasol and 6 chairs.
The Roman steps are an attractive feature of the 8 x 4 meter swimming pool.
A shower by the swimming pool is provided for your convenience.
For your health a high standard of hygiene is assured throughout the
year by a professional cleaning service which maintains the pool twice a week,
on Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Four pool lights, one located on each corner of
the pool, ensures adequate lighting at night. Discreet lighting in the swimming
pool itself creates a very relaxing atmosphere during the evening hours.
