Villa Dioni lies on a great spot between Coral Bay and Sea Caves.
The villa is only 300m away from the sea and built on a small hill, so the view from the villa is fantastic.
A private road leads to the villa and it ends to a stone plaza with a a stone fountain. Here there is a parking area.
A few stone steps lead to another stone plaza and a small garden lies across this plaza. At the end of this plaza
there is a lawned garden that leads to the pool area. In the middle of this stone square there is the main entrance of the villa. On the entrance of the villa there is a small hall leading from the left to a twin bedroom and to a shower. In the middle there is a comfortable sitting room with satelite TV and from the right to the main kitchen. The large kitchen is well fitted with wooden units and has dishwasher, microwave . A washing machine is also located in the utility room.
From the sitting area as well from the kitchen and the hall, balcony doors lead to a very big veranda. Some steps take you down to the pools square. The pools dimensions are 10m x 5m ( depth 1m-2m ). On this square there is also a barbeque and a summer house. Four flore scents given a green touch to the poolsquare. On the right of the main entrance a beautifull staircase leads to the first floor. Climbing the stairs you find your self in a small kitchen area. This area leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with ensuit a shower, the second is the master bedroom with a five feets double bed with ensuit shower +jaccuzzi. The third bedroom is also a five feets double bed with ensuit bathroom.
From the two double beds bedrooms and the small kitchen balcony doors lead to a big veranda with pergola. The interior of the villa is fully aircoditioned.
The view from inside and outside of the villa is extra ordinary.
All the verandas and the pool square are surrounded by stone columns giving to the villa the feeling of a small palace.




 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 9 people.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside fishing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Debbie says: "The property was excellent, well furnished, clean and exactly as described. It was a little way out and a car is required. We were under the impression that the air con was included in the price, this is not the case and is payable locally so be aware. If you are looking for a quiet villa with plenty of space not to be on top of one another this is the place to go, we certainly would go back."
