Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom,hairdryer and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC,sauna,washing machine. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD,CD/Radio, telephone, 24free wi-fi internet access,Safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, guests WC.

Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position with views to mature gardens and in addition feature a sauna ,washing machine, hair dryer, stereo and have 24hrs free wifi internet access(please bring your laptop) Royal Villas are cleaned twice a week and also receive a complimentary welcome pack
Regina’s Exclusive Villas are licensed by the CTO and owned and managed by John & Regina Xydas. The owners and and some of the staff live on the premises and are ready to assist their clients at all times
John,(Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K whilst studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they returned to Cyprus. Regina abandoned her carrier to bring up the family and John for almost thirty years was a general manager of some of the leading five and four star hotels in
Cyprus. In 2005 they started their own business.
John and Regina are well known in Cyprus and their name has always been associated with high professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work.
