This bright and airy 2 Bedroom first floor holiday apartment (enjoying stunning Sea Views) is located within a newly completed luxury development just below the main village of Tala. Only a 10-15 minute stroll or 2 minute drive (approx 1km), and you are in the heart of the village (Tala Square), where you will find and can enjoy the many traditional and modern bars, restaurants and tavernas as well as all the other local amenities on offer.

The apartment benefits from a balcony which enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean sea. The balcony is equipped with table and chair and sun loungers making it the perfect place for alfresco dining, socialising and relaxing.

The accommodation internally is comfortable and homely with lounge having 2 large leather sofas and silver TV with Sky Satellite (FTV). The dining area has table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is open plan to dining area and is fully equipped with appliances to include oven, hob and hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

The Master Bedroom has a double-sized bed with bedside units and fitted wardrobes. The bright Second Bedroom has 2 single sized beds and also has fitted wardrobes.

The fully tiled bathroom has bath, shower, WC and Wash Hand basin.

The main living areas and bedrooms have Air-Conditioning units, windows fitted with curtains and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation.

The property is located within a private development with its own large and ambient communal pool with views to the Mediterranean sea in the background. There is private parking for the residents.

 

Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike.

Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the Beverley Hills of Cyprus, Tala offers a peaceful location with a good village heart and a
fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries. Tala is home to the now famous Olivers delicatessen and The Gallery which is a very tranquil and upmarket bistro bar, in a private and leafy setting.

The village is conveniently situated for Golf at Tsada and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle within close proximity of modern amenities.

 

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy
fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (10km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, you can find the route through Tsada, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the properties are and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. Jill says: "The apartment was set up for a very warm welcome when we arrived at 2am. Lights on, air-con set to god temperature and essentials in the fridge including a beer for my thirsty husband and some lovely red wine for me. The apartment was much bigger and better equipped than I imagined and the pool was lovely during the day and at night. There were people around bt not too busy. All in all it was great."
