Serenity Villa is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tala, in Paphos. Its elevated position ensures all-round town and sea views which can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, swimming pool and from most rooms of the house.

Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike.

Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the Beverley Hills of Cyprus, Tala offers a peaceful location with a good village heart including the infamous monastery and a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries. Tala is home to the now famous Olivers delicatessen and The Gallery which is a very tranquil and upmarket bistro bar, in a private and leafy setting.

The village is conveniently situated for Golf at Tsada, with further golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills less than 30 minutes away by car. The villa provides an ideal location for wedding parties and honeymooners with the many weddings that take place in Cyprus (the island of love), and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle within close proximity of modern amenities.

Car Hire is essential for getting around and seeing the many attractions of Cyprus and can be arranged by us at local rates.
 

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula (10km), there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, you can find the route through Tsada, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many other small but charming villages along the way.

An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
