Waterpark Waterworld is only a 5 min drive or bus ride and makes for a fantastic day out.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Paul says: "On arrival we did not think we were at the right place! It is much better than expected! The aircon was instant and the whole villa was in immaculate condition, although there is no pool the communal pool is literally 40 paces away. The location is perfect, 5 mins gentle stroll from Nissi Beach where we were attending a wedding and 8 euros in a taxi from Ayia Napa town centre, close enough for the night life and far enough away to relax. When we visited friends and families 4/5 star hotels and saw their rooms we were almost laughing at the difference! We had paid alot less between 4 people and I have already recommended it already to everyone I have spoken to since. The photos do not do this property justice, I would have no hesitation staying here again, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! "
