A delightful 2 bed villa with great views of the sea both rooms have balconies ,ensuite shower rooms and air con.Downstairs the area is open plan which makes the room light and airy with large patio doors that open onto the terrace and over look the pool.The kitchen contains everything you need to keep the cooks happy with great views of the Troodos Mountains and a large dining area which seats four with plenty of room for a highchair.In the lounge area there are 2 comfortable sofas that overlook the pool and garden and the tv area which has sky satellite(family package) a play station 2 consule and an attachment on the hifi for your Ipod ,access to a computer ,family games books and dvds also with air con units.Outside there is another eating area for those lovely warm med nights and a large brickbuilt BBQ the pool is 9x4 in size and set in secluded gardens.The beach is about a 2 min walk as are the restaurant/bars of the Bay and in just 5 mins by car you are in the village with all the bars and restaurants it has to offer.Welcome pack on arrival 

This a great area to visit the Bay and the Village is what Cyprus is all about lovely friendly people and great weather.This villa will suit anybody looking for a great value holiday whatever your age young or old and a good position to go out and explore from although a car is not essential as everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep good watersports in the day and reasonably priced good restaurants at night.There are 2 grocery storesjust a few mins walk from the villa where you can get a good selection of fruit, veg and bread and english and european news papers. 

If you like extreme sports the local surf shop will whip you off for the day and take you kite surfing and those that liked to be pampered can seek out the day spa.There are some lovely beaches in the area one of the best is Curium which is and sandy and safe for children with some really good restaurants the best one being the Blue Beach where you will have to try their great salads and there is also horse riding here where you can have lessons or go out on a hack.For those that like to shop Visit Limassol there are some really great shops here or try the new shopping mall in Nicosia which is near the new Ikea again great shops 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
