This lovely holiday villa faces onto a spacious tiled terrace with uninterrupted views of the sea and Paphos. The development comprises of 8 luxury well-appointed villas, complimented with what only can be described as a superb 18 metre swimming pool, for the exclusive use of these privately owned properties. The villa is situated just off a quiet road less than 10 minutes walk (500m) from the traditional village square of Tala. There are 2 small supermarkets, a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Just off the square is a charming old church. Paphos and
Coral Bay are 15 mins drive, offering sandy beaches, all the usual amenities, heritage sites and picturesque harbour area. Also nearby is the famous St Neophytos monastery which is well worth a visit. Paphos airport
is 20-25 minute journey with Larnaca airport under 2 hours away. Tala village can provide most amenities however, to make the most of this interesting part of south west Cyprus, car hire is recommended. 

Ground Floor: The Open plan lounge area, (with new furniture for 2008), features a Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, Coffee and lamp tables as well as a remote controlled electric fire. Patio doors open on to a
private patio area, with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. A Breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen area from the main room. The modern fitted kitchen features, electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board & Clothes airer. An attractive staircase leads up from the living area to bedrooms and bathrooms
upstairs. A cloakroom with WC and washbasin completes the ground floor.

First Floor: The master bedroom, with double bed, overlooks the pool and affords superb views down the valley towards Paphos and Mediterranean sea. Table and chairs are provided on the balcony and A fully tiled en suite
bathroom with shower over bath leads off.

The second bedroom features, twins beds, balcony and distant sea view. There are spacious fitted wardrobes in both rooms. From bedroom 2, there is a fully tiled en-suite shower room with WC. Both have mirrors and towel rails.

The property has its own private driveway for car parking. There is a garden storage cupboard.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly, with quilts provided for early/late season use. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. Please bring your own beach towels.

The villa is fully air conditioned (no extra charge for use).
A safe box is installed in bedroom 1. The villa with its comfortable accommodation and large pool is perfect for
either couples or families with children.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the residents of the 8 identical villas and can only be described as superb. It is illuminated at night and measures 18 metres x 6 metres. There is a large fully tiled sunbathing
terrace, with outside showers. Immediately outside the patio doors of the villa there is an area for dining or just relaxing. There is charcoal BBQ, large garden table with parasol, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers.

 

Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike. Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the 'Beverley Hills' of Cyprus, Tala offers a peaceful location with a good village heart and a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries as well as 2 small

supermarkets which can provide for every day requirements. Tala is home to the now famous 'Olivers' delicatessen and 'The Gallery' which is a very tranquil and upmarket bistro bar, in a private and leafy setting. The village square at Tala is less than a 10 minute stroll from the villa and there are . there are several other restaurants including Cypriot and Italian which are only a 10 minute drive away.

Kissonerga village is a 10 minute and Peyia is a 20 minute drive away. The lovely bay at Pissouri can be reached in 30 minutes. Polis and Latchi on the west coast can be reached in about 45 minutes. The larger towns of Larnaca, Limassol together with Nicosia the islands capital are about 2 hours driving time. Tsada Golf course is a 10 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are approximately a 30 mins drive away.

Paphos itself is a world heritage site with much cultural and historical places to visit.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
