The villa is situated in a peaceful part of Coral Bay, which is widely regarded as the most beautiful and relaxing resort area in Cyprus. The property is only 5 minutes away by car from the shops, restaurants and clubs of Coral Bay. You will enjoy magical sea sunsets, nature walks in nearby Lara bay - the home of endangered turtles coming to lay their eggs. Explore the nearby Akamas peninsula, popular with nature lovers, artists, photographers, and bird watchers. 

 

Tranquil and quiet area overlooking the sea which is 25 minutes walk away. Mountain views to the rear of the property.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 twin and 3 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Denise says: "Pick up from airport was prompt. On arrival we were allocated the villa next door to the one we booked, but they are all identical, so no problem. As a party of 9 I thought that there was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to have 5 bathrooms, an absolute boon because we were all attending a wedding and all getting ready at once. We even had the bride to stay the night before the wedding and she had a bathroom to herself also. We loved having the privacy of our own pool and there were ample sunbeds plus a dining area outside and a BBQ. We made good use of that. The front of the villa had a large sun terrace upstairs, but we never used it because we preferred being round the pool. Nice to have it though if we had wanted to use it. We never used the dining table indoors because the villa was in such a quiet location and was totally private that we ate outside. We loved the privacy and the layout. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine, although the dishwasher was a bit dodgy and could probably do with being replaced. The general decoration was a bit tired, but I guess that was because of the constant use it gets. The car we were allocated was not much good, it leaked oil, and we opted to hire a minibus from the owner, which was in only slightly better condition, but served a purpose. We contacted the owner to ask for an extension on the bus rental and it was very reasonable. We also asked to stay on in the villa a good while later than we should have due to having an infant and a late flight home. He was very accommodating and did not charge us any extra, despite our offer. I would definitely use them again, and the rest of my party agree with me. On the whole a good holiday in a pleasant surrounding and the view from the pool area to the sea is awesome, especially the sunsets."
