Apartment Limnara is a brand new apartment located in a small modern block of just 9 apartments with swimming pool in the heart of Xylofafgou village. It is away from traffic and located on the 1st floor thus creating peace & quiet and privacy.

Both the large lounge/dining room and one of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to the extra large balcony, which overlooks the pool. There is also undercover parking for 2 vehicles. 

Within the village and surrounding villages you will find all different kinds of shops ranging from bakeries, supermarkets, greengrocers, Pharmacies, clothes shops and banks, all surrounded by traditional restaurants and taverns overlooking beautiful beaches, fish harbours and sea-caves.

The apartment is ideally located being only 5 minutes drive from the famous Nisi beach resort of Ayia Napa, which makes Xylofagou village the ideal spot for holidays as in the day you can be amongst the hustle and bustle whilst in the evening recouping in the relaxing and tranquil setting of Xylofagou village life. 

The private paved garden overlooks the pool and is an ideal spot for keeping an eye on the children. Outside, the garden & balconies have tables & chairs, sun lougers.

Xylofagou is a picturesque village situated in the south east of Cyprus convieniently located close to Larnaca airport which is only a short 20-25 drive away
