A gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house to rent with private garden and terrace with stunning sea views and sun all day. A beautiful communal pool and a short walk to the beach. Fully furnished with white goods and air conditioning. Quiet location but within walking distance of restaurant, kiosk, beach and bars. Allocated parking space and friendly neighbours. Dog and child friendly. 5 minute drive to Paphos harbour, 10 minute drive to Coral Bay & minute's drive to large Chloraka supermarket, pharmacy, bank, beauticians, hairdressers & shops. Taxi collection and drop off can be arranged by request. 

House has brand new air-conditioning units (that can also heat) and brand new laminate flooring has recently been fitted. House is extremely suitable for a family stay as quiet residential location.

The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away. However Coral Bay is only a 5-10 minute drive away from the house and this is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, book-ended by a pair of headlands. However, it's the glassy waters offshore that everyone comes for. The sea is calm all year-round and the bay is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. 

A private parking space leads up to a partially covered terrace at the front of the house with gorgeous sea views containing a patio table and 4 chairs. There is a balcony off the master bedroom that has stunning panoramic sea views. There is a small private garden and patio to the rear of the house. A pathway leads to a beautiful shared swimming pool with sea views that is illuminated at night. There are 2 collapsible sun loungers that can be moved where ever preferred.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, skiing/snowboarding.

Troodos mountains are a 45 minute drive away. Nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away.

There are several UNESCO World Heritage sites within 5-10 minutes drive from house.
