Exo Vrisi is a quiet residential area attached to the Universal area in Kato Paphos. Kato Paphos is mainly a tourist area with the harbour as its main attraction. The entire area is a World Heritage listed archaeological site. The Tombs of the Kings is probably the most well known of the sites. 

Eleni Apartment is a ground floor apartment situated in a building consisting of only 4 exclusive apartments, all owned by the family. Entrance is from the south facing patio which is ideal for sunbathing. The open plan living area with it's marble floors is stylishly furnished and decorated and consists of a very large lounge with plush leather seating, a smaller seating area and a dining room. The kitchen is separate and is well fitted with all modern conveniences. There is a shower room with guest toilet and a large bathroom with a luxurious oval corner bath. .There are two double rooms and a twin room with two bunk beds that can be placed side by side if required or converted to a double bed with a double mattress. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The kitchen leads onto the covered outdoor entertainment/barbeque area from where there is access to a small enclosed garden creating a safe outdoor area for children to play in. The apartment has ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout. 

The Paphos Archeological Museum is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
