Blue Serenity is located just outside of Larnaca town center in the delightful unspoilt village of Pervolia a charming rural location with miles of unspoilt beaches, The beach is just 100m from the villa, the warm Mediterranean waters are shallow safe and ideal for children.

For shopping Larnaca Town center is just 15 minutes from Pervolia where you will find an array of local shops and known high street names such as Next, Marks and Spencer, and Top Shop, a visit to Palm Tree Marina is a must when visiting Larnaca with its many Restaurants, bars, night clubs, there are water sports available of the sandy blue flag award winning beaches, para gliding, wind surfing, boat hire ect are all available, or why not try a trip on one of the many luxury cruisers around Larnaca Bay. 

Larnaca district is an ideal location for visiting the sights of Cyprus being just 40 minutes from the capital Nicosia, 30 minutes from Ayia Napa with the best water park in Cyprus. Troodos mountain range is easily accessed from Larnaca and the summit of Mount Olympus can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes where during the winter months February and March you can ski on one of the three ski slopes 

Blue Serenity is located in the delightful village of Pervolia. Just a short drive from the property is the village center and square where you will find bars, takeaways, and general stores. There are a number of Restaurants serving local and continental cuisine also a Chinese take away, for those wishing for a more traditional fare try Tonys bar and grill where you can enjoy a full English breakfast or traditional Sunday Roast. A mini market is within walking distance from the property as is a beach front bar and cafe. The natural beaches around Cape Kiti stretch for miles where you can relax or swim in the safe warm Mediterranean waters. For banks, doctors pharmacies and general amenities the award winning small town of Kiti is a five minute drive from the villa. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
