The property is south facing. There are 6 sun loungers with tables and umbrellas. Konia is 2 mins walking distance. There are 2 restaurants which are very cheap, meze very nice too. You will come home very fat so be careful, some meze have up to 21 courses! Paphos Harbour is 7 minutes drive, there are lots to see and do and plenty to eat, Drink and be merry.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
