This villa was built in mid 2008 by the renowned developer Giovani.

It is constructed to a very high standard designed to provide luxurious and private accomodation to our guests.
We have added to the property by erecting a fence around the villa with a side gate giving you ultimate privacy.

The pool is ideal for all ages with various depths and access steps

The pool area is surrounded by a patio area with a large barbecue, loungers, table, chairs and large umbrella.

This area has become a holiday hot spot-away from the noisy pubs but accessible if you want to go to them

The villa has been furnished to the highest standard, providing everything you require to enjoy a fabulous holiday.

Located between Penera and Ayia Triada the villa is ideally situated.
Go to Penera (many people take the short walk) for some lively night life, restaurants, shops bars etc or travel a little further to Protaras for a wider choice and an even livlier night.
The area is designed to attract families or those who want a more sedate holiday. Let Ayia Napa cater for the parties and discos etc. (There is a regular bus service available for those who wish to go).
A 5 min walk out of the estate and you have supermarkets, quiet bars and restaurants.
Head to the many beautiful sandy coves for beach bathing or swimming.

We would recommend a car if you want to tour around the island but it is not essential.

We can organise taxi transfers to and from the airport.

The bus service is regular and reliable and taxis fares to most places are reasonable. 

On the complex there is a communal pool, tennis court and play area for children.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, horse riding, golf.

Arrival instructions have been reviewed and updated. A location map has also been added to the details we send all guests.
Powerful lights have been installed. One overlooking the pool and patio and a new one to cover the BBQ and outdoor dining area. All building work has been put on hold and those villas in close proximity to Orestiada are subject mainly to internal fit outs only.
